Election and coronation of the court of Queens and Ladies of the Estepona Fair and Main Festivals 2026
The election and coronation ceremony will take place on Friday, May 29th, at 8:00 PM in the Plaza del Reloj (Clock Square), with a performance by Álex Ortiz. During the event, the poster for the 2026 Fair and Main Festival will be unveiled. The festival will be celebrated from July 7th to 12th, 2026.
The Estepona City Council informs that next Saturday, May 31, at 8:00 p.m., the Election and Coronation of the Court of Queens and Ladies of the Fair and Main Festivals of the town will take place in the Botanical Orchidarium Park, whose celebration will take place from July 7 to 12.
The Councillor for Festivals, Macarena Diánez, has announced that the procession for the Feria and Fiestas Mayores will consist of the Queen and four Ladies-in-Waiting in each category: Children's (girls aged 7 to 11) and Youth (young people aged 17 to 23). The youth candidates will participate in several appearances showcasing different fashion styles from local shops (casual, flamenco, formal, and gala), and the candidates for Queen and Ladies-in-Waiting for Children's categories will be chosen by lottery.
The evening will feature a performance by Sevillian singer Álex Ortiz. During the event, the poster for the 2026 Estepona Fair and Festival will be unveiled.
Once the Court has been chosen, the event will conclude with the crowning of the Children's and Youth Queens and the presentation of sashes to the Ladies, by authorities.
