Estepona Town Hall informs that on November 15th, at 6:00 p.m., the book presentation 'The 3-dish method' by nutritionist Laura Pérez Naharro will take place in the Alfonso Gil Alfonso Room of the Casa de Las Tejerinas, located in Plaza de Las Flores.
Edited by RBA Libros, 'The 3 Plate Method' challenges diets focused on weight loss and questions their impact on both physical and emotional health. The book argues that the failure of diets is not a question of a lack of discipline, but of the restrictions they impose. Instead, it proposes an educational and sustainable alternative that teaches how to eat healthily without extreme restrictions or obsession with weight.
'The 3-course method' is a visual and practical resource that allows you to design balanced dishes according to each person's tastes, budget and time, without counting calories or weighing food. Beyond improving nutrition, it invites you to reflect on other factors that influence our eating habits, such as genetics, social environment and emotions.
The book includes practical tools such as recipes and templates to implement this technique effectively and sustainably. By moving away from weight-centrism and restrictive diets, it seeks to foster a healthy relationship with food, promoting lasting changes and healthy eating accessible to all.
