Pedro Amado Fernandez. Self-taught painter, born in Estepona. He showed from an early age a great interest in drawing and painting. This fondness for everything related to drawing led him to choose, as a way of continuing his studies, the drawing branch, studies that he developed for three years in Estepona. The humble environment and the circumstances of the moment did not allow him to finish his studies completely, but he continued his training in a self-taught way.

When the time came to combine his passion for the pictorial arts, the logical economic and labor development, they took him to work in different companies where he carried out decoration, interior murals, restoration and painting in general.

In all this time, and given his restlessness, he does not stop practicing with different supports and materials. Later he had the opportunity to work in the workshop of master sculptor and painter Joaquín Fabián Aguilera, where he participated in a large mural project.

As a result of her daughter's admission to the CEIP Sierra Bermeja, she became involved in the plastic and artistic activities of the center, conducting drawing and painting workshops with students from different courses and contributing her experience in any activity related to the subject. Last year he exhibited the 'Varieties' exhibition, also at the Casa de las Tejerinas.

Currently, and for five years, he has been a drawing and painting teacher at the CEIP Sierra Bermeja, where he tries to instill a love for the pictorial arts in a large group of students of different courses and ages. When time and inspiration allow it, he continues in the task of learning and self-training.
