The work has been published by the Publications Service of the Provincial Council of Cádiz and has introductory texts by Juan José Téllez Rubio, Jorge Urrutia Gómez and José Reguera Ramos.
Juan Ignacio Trillo Huertas was born in Jimena de la Frontera (Cádiz) and is an economist from the University of Malaga, where he also completed the PhD course with outstanding results. Specialist in social and corporate economy, agriculture, environment and public administrations. He has been Director-Manager of an agri-food company and an official of the Junta de Andalucía, from which he has covered the upper levels of the administrative scale and has served as Senior Position, as General Technical Director in the Ministry of Agriculture and as Provincial Delegate in Malaga of Environment.
He has taught in public and private centers, giving lectures at the University of Malaga, as well as in other cultural institutions in the capital and its province, organizing various seminars. Collaborator in several national and Andalusian media as a columnist, essayist, commentator and blogger. It also has more than a hundred publications.
